Injection moulding
Injection molding is based on PE and PP granules (plastic pellets). These are heated, melted, and injected under high pressure into a mold. During this process, IML (In Mould Labelling) can be integrated directly, or you can choose post-printing afterward. As soon as the mold opens, the cooled packaging comes out sleek. Are you looking for packaging for the microwave? Then PP in combination with injection molding is the ideal solution.
Thermoforming
Thermoforming is done on the basis of APET and PS film. The plastic film is heated, formed between two mold parts, and precisely punched out. With thermoforming, you easily choose pre-printing or post-printing via dry offset.
Printing packaging
In the injection molding process, you can choose In-Mould Labelling (IML). Together with the granulate, a label is molded into the process, a pre-printed, ultra-thin sheet of plastic consisting of the same base material. If dry offset on monoplastic packaging or processing pre-printed plastic film is a better choice for you, those options also seamlessly match your request.
